Segways. Is it just me or do those machines represent the end of civilization. It's not like they get you anywhere faster than you can walk. Given the choice of standing for an hour or walking for an hour, I would definitely choose the later. The machines take up too much room on city sidewalks and would be a total nuisance on the streets. I just don't get them... Now

Grace later fooled me into believing that there was a heron in the pond in our back yard (it has happened before). Haley had a bunch of little tricks that she played on me throughout the day.
