My little gourmet
Haley told me yesterday that she was going to make me a special treat after she finished her lunch. Well, I was working in my attic office (yes, I've been relegated to the attic like the crazy relative that I am, but at least I have windows!), and she brought me the treat that she had prepared all by herself: two whole wheat pitas stuck together with chocolate sauce!

ahh, how sweet. Since my little nephew is visiting I've been treated to wonderful kindness this week also. At one point my sister and I and he were laying on the bed and he said, "I have two girls, to beautiful girls". Then he pointed to my sister and said, "Beautiful!" and then pointed to me and said the same thing. It was a statement, there was no room for question. So I'm taking that this week and going with it.
